The OWL club (Outstanding Willing Leaders) under the direction of school counselor Laurie O’Halloran held the annual New Student Welcome Breakfast. Over 35 new students have been enrolled in our Middle School and this breakfast was an opportunity for OWL club members to provide support as these students become acquainted with the Middle School. OWL club members discussed a variety of topics with the new students such as clubs and extracurricular opportunities. OWL club members will be friendly faces to the new students as they transition into our school. Jorge Proano Ortiz, who is from Spain, won the award for the student that has come from farthest away. Welcome to all!
